Cancellation Policy
A credit card is required to reserve an appointment.
At Ellevi Medical Center for Aesthetics, we have a 72-hour cancellation policy in place to ensure clients can get in for appointments in a timely manner. Please call or text us at (925) 359-5218 if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. All cancellations with less than 72 hours of notice are subject to a $250 cancellation fee. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy.
No-Show Policy
At Ellevi Medical Center for Aesthetics, we strive to provide exceptional care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients, we have implemented the following no-show policy for missed appointments: Any appointment that no-shows will be subject to a fee up to the full cost of the scheduled service(s).
No-Show Definition: a no-show occurs when a patient fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment without providing adequate notice (at least 24 hours in advance).
Multiple No-Shows: Patients with two or more no-shows within a 12-month period may be required to prepay for future appointments or may be discharged from the clinic at the discretion of management.
Late arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to ensure timely service for all patients. This may be considered a no-show, and the above no-show policy will apply.
Emergency Situations
We understand that unexpected situations can arise. If you are unable to attend your appointment due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances.
